The location is great, u can walk to the city center and the train station in just a few minutes. The bed was really big and comfy, perfect for a family stay. Parking was easy and not too pricey, made things smooth. Breakfast was good, but i wished for more healthy choices. It's a solid choice if ur in namur.
the bathroom could use a better setup, and we found some flies in the room which was gross.

The rooms were well-equipped and modern, had hypoallergenic pillows. The hotel was in an excellent and perfect location, to the citadel. Further, it was really close to railway station, the center of town and great outdoor cafes and bars.
The staff were not so good, didn't expect that coming.

It's absurd that a hotel doesn't provide paracetamol , I was sick and felt totally ignored. No fridge in the room? How could they expect guests to enjoy leftovers without proper storage? I was really hoping for a complimentary snack or something to make up for it, but I just couldn't believe they'd let me down like this.

The room we had included an electronic key card, a work desk and a cable TV. Location: the hotel was close to train station and shops, the shopping areas and the city centre and the railway station.

The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk from the train station and right across the street from the African Museum. I particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet there, which fueled my adventures in this fine city.
